Myrthe van Gameren (@myrthe_rootedlifestyle) is a health & lifestyle coach based in Lisbon, helping people reconnect with themselves and create their own healthy lifestyle. She has a brilliant mindset when it comes to food and approaches it as a form of self-care, highlighting the importance of what we eat today and the impact on our health in the long term.
In our conversation, we dig into food choices, mind-body connection, a whole food diet, how to enjoy cooking, tuning into the body, the gut, and following your own path. Myrthe van Gameren is a business owner, holistic health coach and yoga teacher. With a background in financial consulting, she chose to follow her heart leading her on a new path aligned to her passion for health. Through her business Rooted Lifestyle, Myrthe supports professionals balancing their career ambitions with a healthy lifestyle with offerings including corporate programs, yoga experiences, 1-on-1 coaching, breathwork and retreats.
Originally from the Netherlands and spending time living in Bali, Myrthe now resides in beautiful Lisbon, Portugal. She has spent the last decade on her own health journey and is on a mission to support others on theirs (by reconnecting with themselves, nourishing their body, mind, and soul, and truly thriving in life).
