EP.3 | 9 November 2020
"My mission, my belief system, everything about who I am is about trying to make sure people understand that wellness and balance is a skill set that you can learn for yourself."
Kimberly Parsons (@_kimberlyparsons_), known as 'The Yoga Chef', is a naturopath, cook, author and wellness advocate who is deeply passionate about helping people tune into their innate wisdom. Whether it is with her patients, through her books or if you have been fortunate enough to be on retreat with her, Kim offers a wealth of knowledge and wonderful perspective on living a healthier and more balanced, connected life.
In our conversation, we dig into healthy eating, yoga retreats, holistic health, plant-based cooking, the chakra system, slowing down and Kim's new book 'A Balanced Life'. Curious about the effects of coffee or how much dark chocolate is healthy? We cover that too, and other common questions Kim is asked as a naturopath.
It was an absolute pleasure to have Kim as a guest, I could have talked to her for hours, so much so I think there may be a part 2 to this conversation in our future. Make sure to check out her new book, 'A Balanced Life', coming out in April 2021 (pre-order link below).
