"The body is so magic."
Hayley Enright (@acu.hayley) is a seasoned acupuncturist and the founder of Acupuncture In Lisbon. She absolutely loves what she does and is passionate about helping people tap into the natural intelligence of their bodies.
In our conversation, we dig into Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from what it is to how it works, and the benefits that come with it. Hayley shares her journey as an acupuncturist and insight into areas including seasonal wellbeing, body systems, cultural dynamics and being your own health advocate.
Big thanks to Hayley for taking the time, such a great conversation and opportunity to learn more about this area of health. Be sure to check out her virtual workshops and online treatments available globally - and if you are lucky enough to be in Lisbon, get in touch for a treatment in person!
