Layla Yarjani (@laylayarjani) is a passionate EdTech entrepreneur and the Co-Founder & COO of Little Bridge. She is also a humanitarian and long-time supporter of UNICEF, spearheading projects and initiatives as the Founder of Next Generation London. Through her career and philanthropic work, Layla has focused on building value in purposeful and impactful ways.
In our conversation, we dig into entrepreneurship, measuring success, philanthropy, finding purpose, the practice of yoga, guiding philosophies, and giving back through meaningful contribution. Layla shares her experience as an entrepreneur and insight into her growth mindset of using fear as a guiding force, following a passion for impact, and creating daily practices.

Layla Yarjani is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Little Bridge, an award-winning social learning platform for children. Prior to Little Bridge she spent five and a half years in consulting during which she founded Next Gen London, a network of young professionals supporting UNICEF in Europe. Her impactful contribution led to being named this year's winner of the Women of the Future Awards in the technology and digital category.
Layla graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a dual major in business and political science, having been involved in philanthropy from age 14. She is passionate about improving the lives of children through education and development, which she sees as the key tenets for creating long-term impact. Having lived in the UK, Iran, Spain, and several major US cities, Layla has diverse international experience and a love for travel.
